Our Return Policy

Every video and t-shirt we make is personalized for your graduate — so once we start working on it, it can't be undone or resold to anyone else. Because of this, we offer a short cancellation window before production starts, instead of returns after the fact.

• Video orders: You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order, as long as we haven't started production yet.
• T-shirt orders: You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as we haven't started production yet.

To cancel, email bysessione@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once your cancellation window has passed, or once we've started working on your order — whichever happens first — your order is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damages and issues Please check your video and t-shirt as soon as you receive them. Contact us right away if:

• Your video has the wrong name, university, or details because of an error on our side
• Your t-shirt arrived damaged, defective, or with a printing mistake
• You received the wrong item

Send a photo if it's a physical product issue — you won't need to ship anything back. We'll fix it with a free correction, reprint, or refund, depending on the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Because every order is personalized and made specifically for your graduate, we cannot offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after your cancellation window has closed or after production has started
• Mistakes in the details you submitted through our form (double-check spelling before submitting!)
• T-shirts that have been worn or washed
• Sale items

Exchanges Since every t-shirt is printed to order, we don't offer size or design exchanges. If there's a genuine printing error on our end, we'll reprint it for free instead.

European Union — right of withdrawal EU law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an order for any reason. This right does not apply to:

• Personalized or custom-made goods — this covers your video and t-shirt, since both are made specifically for your graduate
• Digital content, like your video link, once delivery has begun with your consent

So the standard 14-day cooling-off period doesn't apply to Sessione orders. The 48-hour and 24-hour cancellation windows above are the policy that applies instead.

Refunds If your cancellation or refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If more than 15 business days pass after approval and you still don't see it, email bysessione@gmail.com.
